Our roots run deep in the New Mexican soil and in the Four Corners cannabis culture. What began as a vision between brothers Mitchell, Tony, and their father Steve Martinez has blossomed into a cannabis company defined by resilience, intention, and integrity.

When our original license application under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act was delayed in 2015 due to political hurdles, we doubled down instead of walking away. Partnering with industry leader Urban Wellness, we spent 6 years working under their license to refine our cultivation practices and proving that premium, patient-first cannabis could—and should—be the standard.

That persistence paid off. In 2021, we proudly secured the first production license under the Cannabis Regulation Act. Since then, Lava Leaf Organics has been on a mission to raise the bar for what cannabis can be: sustainable, ethical, and extraordinary in every way.

We don’t just grow cannabis—we grow with purpose. Every decision—from soil to shelf—is rooted in sustainability, transparency, and social responsibility.
