We’re on the lookout for a full-time, spirited, positive, and go-getting sales representative to champion our brand in dispensaries across New Mexico in the state approved recreational market. We need someone who brings the energy, thrives on positivity, and is fueled by ambition to succeed. While we love to have fun, we also understand the importance of getting down to business.

As our sales representative, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, organized, and ready to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Be honest with yourself before you apply; this is a sales closing position. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals are required. A clean driving record, a New Mexico Driver’s License, very reliable New Mexico State registered transportation, as well as a good understanding of cannabis and its effects, are necessary.

Don’t worry if you’re new to the game – we’re hiring for attitude and can train for skill for the right candidate. This is a full-time forty hours at a minimum gig, with flexibility required for days, nights, and weekends. You’ll be based onsite at our buzzing facility, with day trips to local dispensaries and occasional overnights to visit dispensaries in other regions. Fear not about expenses – we’ve got you covered with a mileage and travel reimbursement program. We’ll arm you with all the tools, training, and marketing support you need to sell one of the fastest-growing brands in New Mexico.

While the salary provides a solid base, the real opportunity lies in commission. The more orders you secure through the relationships you build, the more revenue you’ll generate for yourself. Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
