Immediate Recall – GH LLC License Number VIC-2025-0030 Medical Cannabis Product “Kush Pops” (200 mg THC per package flavors – Watermelon, Grape, Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry)
The New Mexico Cannabis Control Division (“CCD”) is issuing this industry bulletin to notify all licensees of a mandatory recall involving a medical cannabis product manufactured by GH LLC. A list of locations and product IDs can be found here.
The CCD has determined that the product marketed as “GH Kush Pops” contains 200 mg of total THC per package, consisting of two individual 100 mg lollipops. Pursuant to the Cannabis Regulation Act and CCD regulations, medical cannabis products may contain no more than 50 mg of THC per serving. This product exceeds the maximum allowable THC per serving and is therefore noncompliant.
