Senate Bill 89 (SB89) – Remove Cannabis Tax Incremental Increases

This bill removes the incremental increase of the Cannabis Excise Tax that is set to begin on July 1, 2025.

The rate for the Cannabis Excise Tax will be locked in at 12% if this bill is passed and signed.
