Recent conversations about packaging compliance and inspections have highlighted growing concerns among cannabis licensees across New Mexico about inconsistent enforcement, unclear guidance, and operational uncertainty. In response, the Cannabis Association of New Mexico submitted the following letter to the Cannabis Control Division outlining industry concerns and requesting greater clarity, consistency, and transparency moving forward. CANM remains committed to constructive engagement with regulators and advocating for fair, workable standards for New Mexico operators.
